Worship

Worship lies at the heart of our Christian life at Holy Cross Church. It is in worship that we express love of God, pray for our concerns for the world and meet together as a faithful community. We are privileged to share worship together not just on Sundays, but throughout the week.
Our main Eucharist is at 10.45 am every Sunday morning. At this service we worship God with all our senses through speech and listening, through sight, sound and smell. After the service we serve Refreshments in the hall, with tables and chairs set out to encourage mixing and a chat. We also hold a service at 9.00 am on the first and third Sunday of each month.
Our regular weekly worship follows the following pattern:
Sunday
9.00 am Eucharist (1st & 3rd Sundays)
10.45 am Parish Eucharist
Praise @ 10.45 (1st Sunday)
Monday
12.00 noon Holy Communion
Tuesday
7.00 pm Holy Communion
Thursday
9.30 am Holy Communion
Praise @ 10.45

In recent years Holy Cross church has broadened the worship on offer to Bilbrook. Praise @ 10.45 is a monthly service of informal worship, for people of all ages and stages of faith.
We hope you feel that you can join us at one of our services. If you are new to church, why not try coming to one of our “Praise…” services.
A warm welcome always awaits you.
